Project deliveries and method

The deliveries of the project can be summarized in the following points:

1. A white paper on business models for IoT data in public sector
2. The creation of several consortiums that can bring the result of the project into the next phase.
3. Capture of the various issues from the different players who need business models to unlock the potential of IoT data in IoT solutions.
4. Dissemination of knowledge in public sector to projects that show the need for business models for data.

We have approached projects in public sector that use business models for data, or who themselves have expressed the need for help on the subject. Instead of in-depth interviewing, we have chosen to use workshops as a method. This way, we can both gather information as well as disseminate knowledge and create increased understanding. The projects can also start their own processes around business models for IoT data faster.
